Electrodry carpet cleaning is excellent. My carpets and rug just looked like new. Stains removed efficiently which was a relief.The operator, Jesse’s, was also nicely spoken, friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, my experience will be the first and last. I booked in for Thursday morning urgent job and rang to see where they were only to be advised the worker was not working and they would have to reschedule. I explained the reason I went with them was because they promised to be able to do the job on Thursday morning. This was really disappointing and frustrating especially when we would not have known had I not followed up. They then tried to offer a discount so they can keep the job. If you were able to offer a further discount why would you not provide that initially? I was very fortunate to find another company whom not only kept their promise, they turned up earlier and then did a fantastic job at a less price. Will not use your service EVER. If I could give zero stars then that would have been the one selected.

Technician was early which was great. Communication prior to appointment was excellent. Technician was friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly. The work was excellent and didn't take long.

Jesse the technician arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He took the time to discuss the stains I had and actually listened to my concerns. Jesse done an amazing job and I will be using and recommending him again

I've had electrodry both times I've had my carpets cleaned,always been really happy how well they bring them up, if your getting your carpets done, I highly recommend you choose them, I'm very very happy with today results, the technician was really friendly which was really nice!!

Had a great experience, expecting pur forst baby so we wanted a good job done. Jesse was lovely, communicated well and was on time. He did a thorough and good job. Price was great and fair. Very happy, will use again. Highly reccomend!

Great phone service and booking.Plenty of confirmation of booking.They had to pick keys up from elsewhere extra charge but no problem.
