Been a customer here for 25 yrs ,i personally have never had any complaints about the pies ,but sadly under this new management its gone down hill, the pie I got this week was so dry & old I had one bite & left it on the table & walked . RIP chunky steak curry pie.

I have always shopped here and loved the fresh cakes, pies and crispy tiger rolls bought daily, but sadly under new management everything has remained the same price but are smaller sizes and not quite the same taste, though they say it is the same baker - previously the tiger rolls were something special, very crispy and dark coating, now soft and pale. Shop clean, Staff finding their feet so no local chat, I wish them well. Sad ......

Have gone back to Redland Bay Bakery since Uncle Bob's closed.Pleasantly surprised. The chunky steak curry pie is very good. The chucky steak is tender. Sausage rolls better than Uncle Bobs and Red Edge. Give them a go. Just my opinion.

Redland Bay Bakery, we visit after getting off the early car barge, great for morning coffee and a pastry normally a crossoint, and the staff are generally up for a friendly chat, plenty of choices from in-house sandwiches to in-house pies all look great, but generally we stick to our coffee and pastry before tackling peakhour traffic.

If you're looking for a mushy tasteless pie then this is NOT the place for you. Every bite of my pies was like biting into a crispy gravy-soaked piece of melt in the mouth steak. They were possibly some of the best pies I've had in my life. I highly recommend the chilli beef pie if you're into chilli
