Very disappointed, Melissa simply disappears for 2 weeks and never showed after. Before this 2 weeks, I've even waited for a week as she promised to drop in paperwork for signatures. It's a total 3 weeks. I've tried to call, left voice mail, sent text message and email with no reply whatsoever. I've also tried to call her office. The lady on the phone saying she's on another call so she's obviously working. This has delayed our settlement for more than a month. Even more, I have used Melissa's service before and I'm referring my family to her this time and it's very embarrassing when someone you refer you friends and family to simply work in such an unprofessional way.
