Safety Barn

Please don't shop with this store. My husband and I have had zero customer support despite reaching out for help again and again for four weeks now. The site states they offer easy returns however when we contacted to find out where and how to make a return - no replies. We have emailed several times, contacted on Facebook, phoned and left several voice messages since four weeks ago we have tried every way possible to get in touch. There is no address listed anywhere for returns and with no staff response we are left with $137 worth of the wrong product for our needs. We haven't even opened the package so it's in perfect condition, we just have no way to return it for a replacement or refund. It honestly feels like we have been scammed.

We placed an order for $1550 worth of safety gloves back on 17th March 2023. Have not received the order or any updates relating to the order. No one answers their phone - goes straight to message bank. Emails aren't returned. Do NOT buy from this store.
