Very professional and gives top advice. Very strongly recommended for someone who is thinking of buying a reptile for the first time. I could nearly advertise for them as they have been amazing in everything they have done. Keep up the great work guys!

The guy served me was very helpful. I think that he was the only staff on that shift. Therefore, things went a bit hasten. So I suggest let patience play its part.

Great place. Friendly staff and lots of lizards and so very big snakes too. The kids loved the magpie too ❤️

Good service and knew what they were talking about. Didn't try and over charge like most pet shops. For the same tank at another well known pet store was twice the price. A massive $600 difference.

Been to this place 3 times. The front is always left unattended. The place is small which is not the problem, they don’t have a lot of varieties when it comes to the fishes. The pet food was ideally cheap compared to other places.It was stink inside (not the usual you should expect from a pet shop), and it was very unorganised.

Bought baby bearded dragon girl Wednesday 5th January 2022 she pooed in tub on way home took poo to get tested paralowie veterinary clinic I was heartbroken to find out she's got a massive amount of coccidia all wild about reptiles could say is I told you to not get her tested. Please spread the word to stop people going to buy from them to put there filthy breading ways out of business.i give minus 100 stars. She's beyond the vet getting her well. She's going to suffer in pain dieing. Can people who read and agree with my review give a thumbs up. Also 4 years ago I bought a male 1 year old bearded dragon off wild about reptiles in there bagster road store of which he got sick with a huge amount of coccidia I spent 6 months getting him well only to become sick over and over again. I lost him. His name was Ollie.

If I could add a minus star review, I would. Sold snakes that weren't feeding and subsequently died :( Sold a lizard in a putrid state that also died. :( I have / do own reptiles before and have happy and healthy scales rn. These people treat the critters like disposable commodities. Will be reporting

Always has the food we need for Mr Snake and staff always happy to give him a look over to check he's growing well. Great service
