Disappointed. I posted dvd and was charged $7.60 postage. Should have gone as large letter at $2.00. I am power seller on ebay, and I know my stuff, and postage prices as I have posted over 360 of them. . I did ask why and was advised it didnt go through slot, however no attempt was made to prove the point , as I know it would have passed the large letter test. wont get my repeat business.

Would have the be the absolute rudest person I’ve ever spoken too, if I knew how to get stuff sent to margate post office I would refuse to use the place. She’s a c*nt every time I speak to her, and every person I say something to says the same. Can’t even get a word in on the phone before she hangs up. Aus post really need to do something about her. Clearly the complaints don’t mean much to them.
