The quote they gave was clear and easy to understand. They had the parts ready for the repair well ahead of schedule. They were great to talk to and even dropped me off at work when I left the car with them. They got the repairs done sooner than expected and even dropped my car off to my house. When Volkswagen said they couldn't install the replacement door window they supplied me for my Touareg, the boys at TSR told me to bring it in. 3 hours later, a fully fitted and working window along with a cheery grin and bemusement at VW's lack of innovation. Well done, guys. Especially during the Christmas peak!
