Very rude staff. Very out of touch with reality in terms of the housing crisis. They were very out of touch after the floods. Used what seemed like intimidation tactics and were power tripping when I brought up my rights. Disgusting experience and would 10/10 not recommend.

Received an email to alert me to a property viewing opportunity. Clicked on link registered my interest and told no viewing times. This happened 3x. So I called agency. Robert answered, said he thought property was rented, pause on phone then new voice without introduction says property not rented. I explained to her, Julie, my frustrating experience with receiving 3 alerts for inspection times and each time this not working. She said once 8 people book there are no more available. So I said this needs to be explained in their processes. Julie said nothing was wrong with their processes, escalated the tone then hung up.

I know people love to bag real estate agents, but I can only say it's been a 10 out of 10 experience while I've been renting through LJH in Lismore. Really easy to work with, and very understanding (but then I think being a good tenant makes a difference too!!). I've been renting for about 6 years, and and before that, they were the agents when I sold my house. They gave me realistic advice about how to get ready for the sale, and subsequently got the best price for me. I am forever grateful to Michelle Lea, and the property management team. Would highly recommend.

Went to open inspection this afternoon for a rental property, the representative (Carmen Franks) didn't introduce herself or tell me her name as she was too engrossed in her phone. I was the only person there and she was not busy just being lazy. She didn't come inside the building to walk me through at all, she just opened the door and went back on her phone.Didn't have rental paperwork with her and said I would need to file online.Very disappointing for the LJ brand would not rent my properties through that agent.

The sale of our property fell through three weeks before Xmas with another agent.The property was vacant so we were desperate to try and have a quality tenant in the property before Xmas.They delivered us a quality Tennant who was in the property a week before Xmas.Great communication and a smooth process.As first time landlord's they made the process smooth and stress less.Highly recommended.

I have engaged this office help in getting a fence built and wishing for them to contact the owner of the property next door...I am disgusted in the the way they have ignored me a n d a issue with continual barking dogs...advise is keep clear of this people

Very rude staff members rental properties stay empty and available for long periods of time due to the way they treat applicants. If you own a rental property definitely list it elsewhere. Donna especially needs to work on some customer service skills

Clint McCarthy assisted us with our recent sale and exceeded our expectations. He was very personable and quick to respond to us each and every time. He is very knowledgeable in the market, the area and what strategies work. The entire process was smooth and effortless, without any of the stress we expected from selling. We feel he genuinely had our best interests at heart and achieved an excellent result for us.
