I have to say how impressed I was with the speedy resolution to the faulty spray head on my kitchen tap. Claiming was easy and the replacement part arrived the next business day after my claim was emailed in.

Never have I been provided with such awful service from a company. The person in charge with warranties makes it extremely hard to claim in the first place (they are also only able to email you cannot call them and reception/head office do not transfer calls) and secondly is quite slow at providing any solution to send a price and product to fix an urgent issue with a water leak.Both myself and the company that requires ramtaps for the warranty service cannot seem to get this issue sorted.I will be taking this matter further with the ACCC. I had an independent plumber come out to advise he needed both replacement spindles ordered and the person in charge of warranties has rejected this claim as they believe “These spindles are made in Germany and not Chinese. It is very unusual that they wear out.” And will only allow us to order 1 for free. Firstly I can only go by what the plumber had requested, and secondly I am more than happy to pay for the second spindle but I just need someone to respond to our requests to get them ordered.This is my first time providing a negative review. I am just appalled.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid at all costs, customer service is non existent, and tap quality is rubbish. When renovating my bathrooms last year, I decided to use Ram Taps because of their 15 year warranty and that they were Australian made. Turns out they don't honour their warranty, it means nothing, and their taps are made in China and only assembled in Australia. We were told by Vic it would take 2 weeks to manufacture, with a 2 week delay because of COVID. My wife was pregnant at that time and we had about 16 weeks before she was due. The taps took 12+ weeks to be manufactured and delivered, in that time we barely heard from Rams. They offered no apology, and didn't even offer temporary taps while we waited for ours to be manufactured. This whole process held up our bathroom renovations which cost us extra money. When we finally got the taps they were scratched and had uneven coatings. Luckily we bought the taps via Tradelink who offered us a full refund, we then decided to go with Phoenix Taps whose quality is much more superior. Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid at all costs.

Great customer service. I purchased a Grip and Glide" shower holder for our ensuite renovation and when we unpacked it for installation there was a small locking pin missing. Rather than contacting the plumbing shop that I purchased it from
