I have been visiting Flo at (My Cosmatic Clinic) She is amazing. I was great experiece with her.She suggested to me best treatment. She is very professional and nice and i highly recommend her.

He understands my needs and provides me with exceptional results.He is extremely generous with his time. and expertise, & is sincere with his recommendations of what is needed. I tried some new beauty treatments for the first time and was a little nervous but Flo was absolutely amazing! I really appreciate how patient and informative she was. She went above and beyond to help me achieve exactly what I wanted in both the short and long term. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Appalling experience. Botched upper bleph left with massive blister post op. Blister burst open so wound with no sutures and got infected. When it healed it formed a skin web from top to bottom of eye. Was told to massage and it would go away. Consult with Occulopastic specialist where I was told this was not a solution for the size/impact and ended up having 2 x further procedures with specialist to fix. I know, I signed the form to say I knew risks, however, this rating is because at each stage Dr Ansari blamed me for the outcome. At very first consult post op when I presented with infection he told me it was because 'I didn't follow after care instructions and that's why it blistered' but have photos of blister straight after procedure. Also, when healing and scarring, was told to massage it away when he would've known this would not fix.

Today was my first visit at “My Cosmetic Clinic” and was such a great experience from start to finish with Flo. She is a professional nurse and beautiful person. I definitely would go back there in future.

What you hope by the end of a treatment is to look better, younger and natural. All of these criteria’s were met. My cosmetic nurse Flo inspired confidence and her hands were steady. She knew exactly where to position Botox and fillers for the best results. She is very experienced and aims to give you the best possible result. Top ups in Botox are also free. I will be returning!!!!

Dr Masood Ansari is a wizard with the wrinkles - love my results everytime. I highly recommend My Cosmetic Clinic and Dr Ansari.

Not coming back.I was very well receive when I arrived to my appointment, and that was all.The consultant was approx 40 min late. That was my first time at a skin care clinic and I was looking for information about my skin and treatments. I told the consultant that who spoke to me for 5 min, who - apparently after I said I wouldn’t proceed with a treatment at that moment - didn’t show much interest. I receive less information about option, tratamento, skin products than I would find by using Google myself. She didn’t even spoke to me about the products they use. I paid AUS 50 for 40 min delay, 5 min conversation, and the certainty that I if I decide to do any treatment won’t be with this clinic. Disappointing.

I’ve been visiting Dr Ansari For the past 3 years with my fillers, He is amazing with his work and he gives you the most honest advices.The receptionist is also very professional.Thank you .
