By far the most unpleasant experience renting through this agency. If we could have picked another place instead in hindsight we would have. Being a great tenant, pay on time, a nice extremely clean couple in a house should be appreciated by agents for their landlords. Upon many bad experiences within a year and many issues on a new home they ask to have 'tax company' needs access.Told complex would be completed in a few weeks. Not true it was a construction building site the whole tenancy.We tried very hard to negotiate with them with no flexibility on their end. Ended in tribunal to our benefit.

Lisa Bendle from McEwing and Partners has been a great pleasure to work with. She is polite, respectful, and responsive.However, very firm when represented her client (not good for me as a Buyer’s Advocate, but great for her vendor).Highly recommend her as a selling agent.

Outstanding service

It is unfortunate that one person can really ruin it for the team. Dealing with Melissa Sarmiento at McEwing & Partners Mornington during my 2 years in Victoria was sub-par at best. Greeted by members such as Charly on the general line was a breeze, but dealing with Melissa was a real let down. Simple requests via email turned into 3 week response times, which seemed to be a burden.After moving away with work, many months without contact, a simple email request was turned down because Melissa advised she was unable write a letter...Really disappointing experience - if you rent through this firm, please make sure you ask for someone else to manage your rental!!

Lisa was recommended to us (sellers) and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of agent. Everything went smoothly from the first meeting to the sale. Lisa was professional and friendly and her knowledge of the suburb and market were great. Lisa provided sound advice but also listened to what we wanted in regards to marketing, price etc. Communication is very important to us and Lisa communicated with us every step of the way. I would highly recommend Lisa to any seller and would definitely use her for any future purchases or sales.
