While the reception staff are a bit distracted - it is busy - the lady Pharmacist is a good sort and embodies the tough country Australian woman.... from my only visit. :)

Only pharmacy in town so EVERYONE uses this place & with covid19 restrictions sometimes quite a wait or better to leave prescriptions & pickup later also uses E-script facility much better than carrying around paper copies

Worst pharmacy ever!! Took a script in and told me to come back in two hours! The pharmacist had no idea on organising anything. Came back over 2 hours later waited another hour and still had not even received my one box of medication. They dont know how to run a pharmacy even wont answer the phones or check the emails from doctors as stated by some of the locals. How can a town only be able to have one pharmacy that is so slow and behind the times. I feel sorry for the people of this town having to go through this just to get a script.

So RUDE! Terrible customer service from the Pharmacist and Trainee. Bad attitudes. They refuse to serve you when the clock says 5.30 even though you are in there.

Consistently the worst chemist experience i have ever had. Nevermind the fact that even just going in to get a ventolin takes at least ½hr when it shouldn't take 5min, what really upset was being told to come back over 1hr later because the lady was too busy dealing with medication for people who weren't there but I who was there and had no need to come back, had to find something to do in town (lighting Ridge mind you) for over an hour. They knew I was coming, they knew the day and time frame. I have never ever been in there and not seen visibly unhappy customers. Trust me...go to Walgett instead.
