Off Road Rush

Did this tour with my 4 year old son and for the first 30 minutes it was good. From that point on however my buggy had a fault, the engine was overheating, I couldn't drive more than 15-20km/h and actually felt quite unsafe given how much smoke and steam was p*ssing out of the engine. These things happen and I wasn't overly annoyed that the buggy broke down, but was I was ropable about was the way we were treated. My son and I were left on the side of the track on the dunes in the hot sun for 15 minutes whilst the tour guide just took off with the other car and we had to wait to be picked up. I was accused of mis-treating the car and that was the reason for the fault, was only offered a token, paltry discount as compensation, and did not receive a single apology - only excuses and defensive comments.

Went there last week. The tour guide was good and friendly. But the manager in the shop was so rude, highly thought of herself. Didn't speak well, no regards for customers. If in short - pure racist. Spoke so rudely- have no idea that she is in hospitality industry and what is customer service- forget about good service. Would not go back for free also. The other tour operators were much better and appreciative of the customers.

Loved it.Yeah the buggies are restricted but you are on shared roads. Great fun and the snorkel was totally worth it.Stuart the guide was knowledgeable about the terrain and the parks and wildlife stuff.Good service and communications.

Had to leave Coral Bay on the day of our booked tour due to my boyfriends brother/my mother and father in laws other child had their baby and she was still born and we needed to get to Perth ASAP, they would not offer a refund. Im sorry I get that you have a business to run but surely there are extenuating circumstances where your business can offer a refund but your employees were not allowing it.Absolutely appalling. If I could give 0 stars I would.$445 the four of us paid collectively and not one person cared.

What a fun couple of hours. My husband and I did the turtle cliffs and Five Finger reef snorkelling tour and it was fantastic. Buggies were a lot of fun and the tour was well run. Would recommend this to anyone. Money well spent.

Awesome tour around some spectacular scenery. Buggies were great and went fast enough to have fun. Our guide was great with local knowledge and took the time to answer all our questions. Would do it again in a heart beat.

An absolute ball of fun, faster than the oppositions Quad bikes and more comfortable. Had a very good guide (Stuart, l think) who was able to take us and see turtles and some baby Kestrels. Also had a snorkel. A great two and half hours. Highly recommend !!

We booked and paid for a jet ski tour for $250 for 2 people. When we arrived for the tour the woman manager told us we can't go on the tour without COVID masks, which we didn't bring as we didn't think we would need them to go on a jet ski. She told us to go back and get them, and we advised her it would take us 15 minutes to walk back to our accommodation and return, and the tour was due to start in 5 minutes. She told us to go next door and buy them, and we advised her we didn't bring any money or way to pay due to the fact we were going on the jet ski. I asked if she had a few spare masks that we could use. She said no, and that we couldn't go on the tour without them, and then she blamed the government for the rule. She was rude, offered no solution, and obviously had no intention of doing anything to solve this simple issue. Finally, the man running the tour went next door, bought two masks and gave them to us. Our experience matches the other reviews that mention the poor attitude of the manager. Given her behaviour and unpleasant attitude towards us over this simple issue, I would hate to be involved with this business if there was a bigger issue. There is no way I would ever deal with this business again.

I have been wrongly accused of over heating the buggy & been left alone in the heat for 15- 20 minutes. Finally someone from the office came to pick me up & accused me of overheating the buggy and to pay for the rubber part. They dont even let me continue the trip & top of that forced me to pay for the part! I felt helpless and felt the way they treated with me was very unprofessional!! I would not recommend “off road rush” to any of my family or friends!!

Highly recommend!!! Went on the sunset tour. Absolutely loved it. So much fun driving and it gave me opportunity to go to areas I wouldn't otherwise be able to visit along the coast.
