Jess Lovell Art Therapy

I was lucky enough to stumble across Jess and her ‘Explore your Inner Landscape’ workshop during a transformative time in my life.It is hard to describe what I experienced because it was so unique and life altering (which was not what I had expected at all when I signed up)During the six week period of the workshop, I shared space with an incredibly supportive group of women. It was a safe place to share things that needed to be expressed and released. I felt seen and heard.Using art as way of expressing deep emotions (one’s that I was not consciously aware of) was incredibly liberating and informative. I learned things about myself that I previously was unaware of.Jess is kind, caring and a genuinely lovely human being. She knows exactly when to gently nudge you out of your comfort zone and when to give you space to process stirred up feelings.I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone who is willing to take a look inside themselves! I did and it was honestly one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done in my life. I loved it so much, I’d happily join the next workshop.A truly remarkable experience, thank you Jess for helping me to set myself free.
