It is the worst service from a incompetent person and lousy food as well. Not good everyone that was there was complaining as well. Turns me off of OTR.

Stood for 10mins just now while the slowest workers I seen served 1 customer. I wasn't waiting for 30 mins for a roll. Go else where. This has been a common issue here for a while now. Employees there just don't want to work.

I pick up Uber Eats deliveries from here quite a bit and the regular two ladies who serve me are always ultra friendly :)

Worst Subway experience ever. Went in on Sunday 28th may around 1pm. The guy in the subway does not even acknowledge and worst serving n packing. When asked if he was not going to heat up..response was its hot enough. It's not like there are other people there waiting..I want to give zero if I could. Looking at the past reviews plenty negative ones related to this subway. Guess they don't want to change..avoid this subway if you can..

At 1.00 pm Wednesday (29th December 2021)Went to get subway for my partner and Myself.There was no one being served. The place was a mess, food all over the counter. They only had one type of bread available and I noticed there was no other bread being made either.Just not good enough by the person working there at that time could understand if there were busy and all but they were. We went elsewhere to get lunch.

Great Subway excellent service.IT WASWent i there in a bit of a hurry red headed girl started serving me only wanted straight order not toasted she had half made mine when the young lad behind me playing on his phone not in a hurry she stopped making mine to ask him what he wanted and proceeded to make his when she had toasted his and got it out of the toaster she then started on mine again ( still no other customers) i sarcastically said no go ahead and finish the other guys he looks important and she did. So finished with his back to mine and she says she needs to go out the back to get more fillings. Purposefully making me wait so i walked out as then i thought someone with such bad customer service skills and rude manners would surely sabotage my food. I am a regular at the Subway at the OTR at Angle Park where the staff there are excellent. This happened on Wednesday 27th March at around 11.50 am.
