My journey to healing started at 15yrs old however I never gelled with anyone nor was I really ready to do the work up until last year I am now 38. Along comes Cat. This gentle natured beautiful soul who I immediately connected with. This beautiful light being has literally helped me in so many ways. She has been the support that I have needed when no one else understood what I was going through emotionally, she's been the big sister I never had and the mother figure I have needed since losing my mum. She has a gift of putting into words what I am going through emotionally without me having to say anything. She makes me feel heard, safe and validated even if I am feeling emotionally unhinged. She has never once judged me yet she gives me a different perspective. Cat has helped me grow in so many ways and for that I will be forever grateful. I look forward to the journey ahead. There are not enough thank you's for everything you do Cat! Would I recommend her? 1000% yes.
