Renee was fantastic! Friendly, welcoming, listened to what I wanted and delivered. Best haircut/colour I've had. I used a Groupon voucher but was treated as a valued customer. Would highly recommend!

My mother booked for an appointment here to have her hair done and was not satisfied with her haircut at all but couldn't bring herself to speak up. She had to act like she loved it in front of the hairdresser because she seemed so proud of her work and didn't want to seem unappreciative. Despite kindly rejecting the hairdresser's (several) recommendations, she cut and styled her hair according to what SHE thought would look nice, not what my mum wanted. The technique was archaic and did not complement her face or figure at all. I don't usually leave negative reviews but I must say that this experience was very unfortunate and we will not be returning. To the owner- please improve on customer service and don't disregard your customers' requests just because you don't approve of it - it's really unprofessional.

Renee has been cutting and shampooing my hair for many years now. I am always happy with the result. She always listens to how I would like to have my hair cut each time and trims it accordingly. She also always slots me in at times suitable to me.

Renée has consistently given me the best hairstyles & treatments I’ve ever had because Renée listens & checks that I happy with style, braiding & colour & will accommodate any changes with grace & patienceI.I look forward to my appointments.Renée goes above expectations & will open salon, even on a Sunday when I need it, to take care of me. I have breast cancer. She makes me feel beautiful.Renee is the FIRST hairdresser who has made me happy with my hair every visit. I'm 65.My daughters always comment.

Renee did such an amazing job on my hair! absolutely loved the finished product and how friendly and comfortable the salon was. She let me know all the things she was doing and really talked me through the process and how she was changing my look. would definitely recommend!

These guys are brilliant! Stylist/Owner Renee takes her time and does a brilliant job. She has cut my hair for the last 16 years or so and I always leave feeling great and looking better! Will always use these guys.
