Could not fault anything today with Mission Healthcare from the time I walked in the door a few minutes late. Reception was great and the GP was great with 2 very easy injections taking just a few minutes. No hesitation in recommending them.

Attended today for covid booster and flu vac. Easy to park close to the surgery. Wait time approx 20 minutes. Pleasant waiting area and welcoming receptionist. Vaccinations were administered efficiently; opportunity to seek further info, ask questions. Overall an easy, smooth experience.

I was impressed with the ease and efficiency I experienced at my recent visit to this clinic for my 5 th covid vaccination. Being able to manage my booking via hot doc meant all the preliminary new patient forms were completed prior to my visit. I could see my place in the queue via the app. A ver smooth process overall for this type of visit.

Reception was polite and quite friendly. I only attended for a Covid vaccination but doctor was very courteous and efficient and attended to my need in a professional manner. Waiting time was a few minutes. Waiting area clean and tidy.

Highly recommend Mission Healthcare. I usually visit for my family to Dr.Patel driving all the way long from 100 Kms.They sent forms via text message to fill out prior which is great to avoid time wasting. The receptionist is very kind and patience. If you visit early or late they are happy to fit you in. Polite to everyone and if requested they send the invoice through email immediately.Dr Patel was very patient and thorough, and sent a prescription via text which was really convenient.I am been visiting Dr.Maulik Patel since I am been in Australia. He is always ready to help.I really like to visit again for me or for my Family.

My husband and I walked in for our Covid 19 booster shots, without prior booking, and after giving relevant details were able to get them done very quickly. The Doctor and reception staff were friendly and efficient. I would recommend this practice to others.
