They came and helped us when we got stuck outside of woolies in Moe due to the sliding door coming of the car. They got the door in place and orderd replacement parts on the spot. Just to go get them in a few days.Thanks guys!

Very unprofessional service, kept delaying the date (3 times so far). When I called to ask if the new date was definite the man on the phone said ‘the way I see it nothing is ever 100%’Not looking forward to the quality of my car then! Very disappointing.

I was recommended this place by my insurance company after I had a fender bender; but they were also recommended by a mechanic friend as a panel beater that gave fast, reliable service. And they were! They even gave my car a wash once it was ready to pick up. Very happy with the results. They're also a preferred panel beater for a lot of insurance companies and the RACV, if that gives you any idea of how good they are.

Incorrectly re-fitted the driver side window...and then played dumb rather than even investigate the issue. An auto-electrician arranged by myself was soon able to identify and fix the issue, but Alan's just shrugged their shoulders as if to say 'not our problem'.
