The Body Shop

Everytime I go there the people are always so attentive and lovely, today I went in to top up some soap and try some makeup. Vanessa helped me out so much and made me feel so pampered

The body shop at the Galleries is by far the best body shop in Sydney.The staff here are kind, helpful and very friendly and generous especiallyTrammie and Alex.I have shopped here for 15 years and am very happy with the service.The products are fantastic and I will continue to shop here as this is my favorite of all the stores in Sydney .Thanks to the the team at the Galleries for making each trip to the store a special experience!

Very small but clean and brightly lit store. The usual Body Shop products with the moto of free from animal testing and cruelty". Small team here with a very jolly and friendly customer service. They stock everything from soaps to moisturizers and more. Approachable and professional and really take their time to explain their products and make helpful suggestions. This store is right at the entrance from Pitt Street and in The Galleries so not to be confused with the Body Shop in QVB . Great atmosphere for a quick shopping."

I had a great experience today in the shop. We had a browse, but I was also looking for a particular product and I was kindly assisted. The shop assistant girl gave me her personal advice about this product, which I generally prefer when it comes to experience. She seemed very energetic about the products and explained everything to us when we had questions. Same happened with both shop assistants actually.

I was at The Body Shop in QVB Sydney and experienced the worst customer service ever. I walked in and no one assisted me. The two girls were just talking to each other in store and didn’t come to assist. When I went to pay for my item, they continued talking to each other while I was paying for my item. Once I paid, one of the girls didn’t even bother saying “have a nice day” and she didn’t even hand me the bag of purchase. She just left it on the table and continued talking to her work mate. Honestly the worst customer service ever! I’ve had better customer service at other The Body Shop stores and the one in QVB is honestly the worst of them all!I didn’t even feel welcomed at all in that store! If I could give it zero stars I would!

Already came here twice in QVB with the same CS unfortunately seemed don't care, no smile. Not genuine at all. They don't follow you around already make me happy but you can see if they care or not by the way they replied. If I don't look for specific item that I normally use I'll never go to this store again. Disappointed :(

I like this store. Small but neat and tidy

So, firstly, absolutely blown away by the service. I went in yesterday to get some moisturizer (winter is coming!), and the lady who served me was so knowledgeable and it felt like she honestly cared about which would be the best for my skin by offering me the samples and waiting to see how they all sat on my skin. And when there was an issue with one of the items after I purchased it, the Body Shop went above and beyond at tje drop of a hat.Secondly, the products have been deviiiiine. The vitamin E serum and Japanese body moisturizer are phenomenal, and I will be recommending these to everyone I know!
