Had a high spec 27inch imac work great for 5-6 yrs then the hard drive died. Clyde Computers replaced it and charged a fair price and it works flawlessly again (it has had daily use for 1 month now since the work was done) Thanks guys will be back.

Great service. Fixed a software bug stopping FaceTime from working on an iPad within minutes. Friendly easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

Worst experience from a retail shop ever. Ordered an expensive gaming laptop from Adam at Clyde computers in batemans bay on 13/01/21 . Thay told me 2/5 business day's i said that was fine. It is now the 23/01/21 not once have thay contacted me to update me. Now i am demanding my deposit back which is my right and i am being met by outright lies and rudeness. Thay had a good laugh when thay told me my laptop will be ready on the 21/01/21 and again when thay said lunchtime on the same day. Give me my product or my deposit back or i will take you to court as you suggested.

My MacBook power supply had a British plug on it as I had bought it when I was working overseas. I went in to see if I could get an Australian plug. There was a spare one left over so I ended up getting it for free. Can't fault that price and I got very good, attentive service as well.

On a whim I called into Clyde Computers because I’d lost all my Hotmail except InBox and after being shunted from the Optus store because”we can’t help you with that” and googling Help and trying to ring Microsoft, I was assisted by a very knowledgeable and obliging man Adam at Clyde Computers.He is a whiz and not only good at his job, he was persistent, patient and very personable.

My dad called and gave model number of iPad before going in. Was told they would send my iPad away to Apple to get fixed but he wouldn’t give a quote till I brought it in cause there might be a crack or dints in the case that need to be fixed and that would cause the price to differ. (Fair enough)Today we bought the iPad in to be told bluntly that they don’t send away or fix any iPads or iwatchs. When ask so there is nothing we can do? Reply was “trash it”.This is the last time I am dealing with this place. They have never been able to help me in the years of trying to give them second chances. Really disappointing

Below average service on all levels. Customer service more than disappointing. I had 4 different people tell me my iPad was ready to be picked up after paying $20 for postage and being told it will be delivered after calling up multiple times, confirming details and being told that it will be on its way the next day.I was waiting two weeks until I received an email saying: „please let me know when you have actioned my request“. I have never received a previous email.This has been a 2 month wait for something that should have been dealt with in max 2 weeks as no repairs were done in house regardless.Don’t offer a service you clearly can’t provide. Will not return.In the end I managed to talk to a lady who finally arranged delivery within 15 min of talking to her, I appreciate that but unfortunately this does not justify any previous actions.

Clyde Computers have been great with any issues I’ve had with Apple Products. They were honest when a repair was uneconomical and helped me restore my data from an unusable MacBook Pro. It’s well worth checking what they have on offer for replacing your tech. Really happy with the service and would definitely use again!
