Really good repair on my phone, jacson took the time to solve , really recommend it.

I went to Busselton Phone Planet in Busselton Central in December to enquire about a new housing for my iPhone 11. I was told I had two options, to get my phone sent away for 3 weeks or they could do it in store and would order the housing for me. I chose option two. I dropped my phone off on December 24th and left a deposit of $50. I was told the housing would be there the following week. The following week came and went then I got a message to say they apologised for the delay and it would be in early the following week. The following Thursday I still hadn't heard so dropped into the store and was told to bring it in the next day and it would be fixed. I took it in on the agreed day only to be told that it couldn't be done as there was only one person working in the shop and they couldn't do it as they wouldn't have time. They could not give me a time or day when they could do it. I emailed phone planet and received no resolution so visited again.The young man in the shop spoke to someone on the phone and I was told to bring it in on Australia Day and the only person who was able to fix it would do it for me. I visited the store today, Australia day only to be told it can't be done, there are 8 phones sitting there waiting for repairs and that they are only doing send away repairs for repairs like mine.I asked the fellow whether they actually communicate with each other and he said no. He also said lots of the staff are new and haven't got a clue what they are talking about.I asked for my deposit back and left.I am so angry at the poor service I have received. I will never shop at Phone Planet and I will ensure everyone I know hears about it.A complete waste of my time.
