My mum had a minor incident with another driver, who then tried to scam her into paying for damage she didn't cause. Pasquale was onto him, and saved mum from being scammed. What a decent guy, mum had never met Pasquale before, but he still helped her out.

I was very happy with the outcome of my car. It was only a small job that required attention but almost a urgent job as my side mirrors were seriously damaged. Kim on the reception desk was very warm and welcoming and Pasquale understood the urgency of the job, and got his workmen straight onto my car. Pasquale gave a clear and affordable qoute and gave good customer service and explained what his workmen can do for me. I was impressed with the customer service and the skills of the tradsmen who worked on my car. I would recommend Hi-Lite to anyone, very affordable and fast service.

Service and outcome was spot on.Manager (Pasquale) was transparent, honest and helped out a lot on the price as I was low on cash.They did an amazing job with the car, the price was higher than quoted but granted they did their job properly and did not cut corners. I recently had major repair work completed on my BMW and am delighted with the end result. Thank you to Pasquale and his team at Hi-Lite Automotive Body Repairs in Bayswater. The repairs were exceptional, professional, the work was completed efficiently and I have ended up with a brand new looking car.This job was an insurance claim, and my dealing with Pasquale was open and friendly and I knew I could trust him to do the work well.When I lodged the claim with my Insurance, they advised me that Hi-Lite was not their preferred repairer, however, that they would cash settle.I knew of the excellent workmanship provided by Pasquale and his Team at Hi-Lite and decided to stick with them. I did not seek other providers.However, in sticking to my choice of repairer, being Hi-Lite, the insurance company gave me much grief, stressed me out to the max. Couldnt recommend more highly - first impressions are lasting impressions. After my car got reversed into and needing to put in an insurance claim - Pasquale comes across as a genuine, honest, true and caring person who has immense pride in his work to the point he represents and exemplifies his industrys good standing. Other panel and paint workshops I've come across are too restrictive (e.g. only do limited work), costly (e.g. paying/quoting a premium for less or equal service) or with limited availability (one workshop I went to in Kwinana didn't have availability for 5 months) whereas Pasquale is customer solution orientated to the point he is very accommodating to my unique needs. I question the reviews of negative standing as there is always more than 1 side to a story. My experience so far has been that positive I'm willing to wait a couple of months to have my car booked in for the work. Everyone please make Hi-Lite your first choice for any vehicle paint, panel and smash repair work.

Great Service, excellent work and attention to detail to my vehicle which is my pride and joy. Pasquale took the utmost care with my vehicle and completed it all on short notice. Working bank hours he understood I would only be able to collect and drop off at a certain time and he ensured he was available for this. Honest and fair, would highly recommend him and his team. I met Pasquale when I do security. Pasquale approach towards with me was very positive he give me his buisness card. I call him after 3 years I have and accident some random guy hit my car in parking he did a good job fixing my car in just three days when my insurance company was giving me hard time about the accident and was giving me two months time to fix the car. But Pasquale take the whole care and fixed everything and the work Pasquale has done is very nice and excellent the car looks outstanding now and he has proven to me that he is a man of his words.

To Pasquale the owner of Hi Lite Automotive Body Repairs, have just received my car back and I am left completely speechless, the car looks ten times better than what it looked like when I bought it. It took a little longer than expected but in saying this, there was abit more work to be done on the car but Pasquale has amazing ethics and is a very fair person who went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the results. He always puts his clients first before money as evident through the process of getting my car done, this really shows what sort of a person Pasquale is because he wants to make sure his clients are very happy and satisfied. Have used Hi-Lite once prior to my most recent visit and am very pleased with the service. Aside from the excellent quality of work, I was appreciative of Pasquale's commitment to customer service. He isn't shy of letting you know his business operates around the value of looking after its customers and he certainly delivered on it, keeping costs as low as possible and throwing in a few extra services along the way. Upon both visits I always found the service to be fast and efficient.
