My 5 panel double garage door had been slowing down and on occasions refusing to open more than waist high. Busy busy and must get the door service! Sunday and door refuses to open so I give it a helping hand and manually lift it up. Removed cars and pressed down button and door derailed and split in two. Monday ring Doug and send him pictures of the damage. Two hours later Quote and booking for 7.30am Tuesday offered and accepted Two technitions arrive at agreed time and repaired, serviced and tested a few hours later. Very reasonable invoice. It is wonderfull to experience prompt courteous service. Thanks Doug and your team.

After a delay due to a supply issue Doug and his offsider came and fitted the new garage door this morning They were on time and had the job done in just over an hour. WORST garage doors company EVER!!! They didn’t complete fixing my garage door and promised to come back and fix it so I trusted them and paid the invoice. I kept waiting for them to comeback and fix it but they never showed up again or even answered my calls. I waited over 3 months with a not working garage door so I called another company who came and fixed their mess straightaway. Beware of Kelly Garage doors; very dodgy company and not recommended at all. I wish I could give them ZERO stars rating!!

Doug and Kerry were fantastic to deal with. They were able to provide prompt and professional advice prior to ordering a door in order to prepare my site. Doug and the team replaced two garage doors which were damaged and dated for me in April 2023. Doug provided good advice on the doors and was able to re-use the existing motors. The doors were competitively priced, the installers arrived as scheduled and were in and out in no time, took the old doors away and cleaned up afterwards. The new doors were installed higher than the originals now provide a better seal to the openings. Even the neighbours are impressed with the outcome. Highly recommended and good to support local businesses.

I can't thank Doug and the team at Kelly garage doors enough. After losing 3 big 5 meter doors on a 40 meter shed in a major storm I called Kelly garage doors to get a quote on replacing them. Not only was Doug on site the same day as the call to measure up his pricing was very competitive and the order was placed that same day. When it come time for the installation the boys at Kelly garage doors arrived on time, in uniform, with all the equipment nedded. All the doors were in were installed that day along with 5 new electric remote control motors (2 other doors had survived the storm). I found the installation team very professional, polite and courteous. I myself would not hesitate at all to use Kelly garage doors in the future and I highly recommend them.

I dealt with Doug over the phone and was very happy with the advice provided and his efficiency on the job. I contacted other competitors but they said the only way to fix the garage door at my investment property was to replace it with a new one. Doug was able to do a repair on the existing door and ended up saving me over $1000. Repair was complete within one week of talking to him. Highly recommend Kelly Garage Doors!
