Rang enroute to Geraldton and on arrival they fitted a new water pump under the fridge and assisted with a braking problem I had too.Very impressed with the fast service and attention to detail. Very professional and would HIGHLY recommend. No problem to fit us in and get us on the road again.Thank you very much.

I enlisted desert caravans to help sell my van after all the smiles and hand shakes were over it went abit down hill after that. After dropping off my van Robin rang me told me he sold the van and needed a couple of repairs told me a price I would get after sale. With no consultation or communication they took it upon themselves to spend two and a half times the original amount then without telling me decided to deduct that from my proceeds from the sale, when I questioned this I was labelled unappreciative. Well done Robin and Kaye for you earning a few grand off my van and not paying me the amount we agreed upon. Think twice about using dealers sell your own van it will just cost you in the end.

Great response from Rod in repairing my awning quickly . Would recommend them to everyone in need.

Had our van in for storm leakage, was totally impressed with the quality of workmanship!I even got a walk through showing what was found and subsequently repaired, 10 out of 10 from me, totally recommending Desert Caravans.
