Was terrible experience, the lady may be the owner, she was going in and out to make bookings, it was so annoying and she was so rude when I requested not to do that and whole through she kept talking to her colleague.. very noisy. She kept trying to sell other products and ended up paying 100. Just down the drain. Went for 1hr massage she added cupping 1/2 hr ended up the whole session in 1hr. Can't communicate in English. Never gonna go again

I had a super-tight shoulder muscle which was causing a headache. I decided to give these guys a try as I'd always walked past them and thought about getting a massage. I know there are mixed reviews about this place, but my experience was very positive. I only got a half-hour back, neck and shoulder massage, but will definitely go for longer next time. The owner was lovely, and yes, her English was broken, and communication was limited, but she got the job done and she was able to easily pinpoint all the tender spots on my back, neck and shoulders, and worked really hard at trying to loosen my shoulders.

Like another reviewer mentioned I was charged extra for cupping $15 ! Owner claimed she told me but that’s not true !! Also short changed me by 5 minutes which is no big deal but beware she is a money little lady!!

Worst experience. Can't communicate in English. Only cash payments.. unpleasant experience as she kept going in and out and loudly non stop talking with her colleague.. terrible. Never again. Total money wasted

Hated, the lady massaging is only trying to sell different product, for full body massage she is only doing neck and shoulder. They only take cash which they did not mention before . Never going back.100$ down the drain...

VERY BAD!!I want to warn everyone beforehand that the owner will force you to do cupping during the massage and will charge you extra for that. They said to me $70 for 1 hour in the beginning and then she forced to do cupping during massage and at the end charged me $100. Also, she keeps talking to another colleague in Chinese while doing massage. They should understand that a person wants to get relaxed and it's very annoying if they constantly keep talking in Chinese to colleagues during massage. She doesn't understand English as well. It's very hard to communicate. Please don't go here ever.

I've read some of the reviews here and yes you sometimes get asked if you'd like extra treatment with hot stones? You just say no! However, I have never had a bad massage here. I estimate I have attended a dozen times over 2 years and each masseuse knows what they are doing. There are only about 3 different masseuse so the quality control is good. I have no complaints and yes they prefer cash. They also do health funds for those who have it. I recommend. My flatmate also attends and is as also very complimentary. It is chinese massage if that helps.
