We had amazing experience at Liberty . Yummy food & drinks. Their burgers and wraps were amazing. Staff was very friendly and kind. We were here during the busy Christmas time and the staff went out of way to help us.

The workers seem to have no form of urgency when it comes to serving. If you have multiple workers on, and 1 worker is swamped - maybe the other worker should come out and ASSIST, instead of just doing back of house stuff while your service area is full. Uses atrocious almond milk. They don’t have Chai powder so if you ask for one you’ll get a cup of warm, slightly flavoured grainy milk.Worst customer service. Waited 10 minutes for a cup of gross and threw it out after one sip.Petrol keeps the car going, there’s you’re 1 star.Also, attempted to call regarding how absolutely atrocious my service was and the phone rang out, twice. Literally the worst servo / food service I have EVER been to. If you’re in customer service, learn what customer service means.

Have been here twice as we drive through moruya regularly. It always takes ages for the food to be ready.The second time, we waited for an hour and when we finally got our food, they had forgotten one of the wraps.Customer service was less than ideal, we were not even given a receipt.Food was average. This place should be called time waster not time saver.
