Great range of kids and baby clothes, terrible for women's bras. Definitely go somewhere else for those if you can afford it! No sizes and poor quality.

The red headed woman at the laybuy counter was extremely rude. Not just to myself but to the other customers she served. This is very upsetting as this is my preferred big w but I will not be returning because of this woman. If I could rate this a lower option than one star I would. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service.

Since big w no longer have a contact email I shall write a review for the lady in the tech section at big w rosny.Rebecca, thank you for your help this week and always. You are always happy and helpful on the occasion that I have needed customer assistance. You have a great knowledge of your department and always go out of your way to resolve what ever issue I have needed help with.I wish everyone at your store was as dedicated and happy to be there☺️

Whilst I always enjoy my shopping experience in big w, recently, I was looking around with my 4yo son browsing the store for certain items. However, some staff are a huge let down and are quite rude. I visited early morning with barely any customers in the store and found a few items. A team member thought they would just tail gate" me up the aisle! I found this behaviour unnecessary and extremely impolite

Very ordinary treatment from Service staff. Had all the emails and text messages to prove who I was for pickup. Staff member insisted on photo ID. Not mentioned on my contact communications. Wanted me to go back to car - other end of centre - raining. I am 82. Had to plead with manager. Won't be going back. Had driven for an hour to get there because they had stock. Not happy.
