The lady working here is the rudest person i have ever come across. I would give this store 0 stars if i could. A friend of mine went in there too and also received terrible service hence it wasn't just on the one occasion. The owners should seriously fire this person. She wasn't helpful at all and the way she spoke to me was completely uncalled for.

Purchased a Charlie Bear the other day online and went and picked it up using click and collect yesterday. Staff were friendly and well organized. My Charlie Bear was wrapped and ready to go before I got there.Will definitely use their online click and collect service again

I will never return to buy at this shop again ever the young girl was very helpful and was processing my transactions when an elderly lady started to shout we had to leave immediately as the shop was closed..it was open when we entered absolutely... it was very aggressive . I am very very upset

Such a nice shop with variety of beautiful presents little bit pricy but quality wise good. Been this shop second time got what I needed. Lady in the shop was so helpful. 10/10

Accused of stealing but once I emptied my bag I proved the man wrong.The lady was rude telling I just doing my job lady.She followed me through the store.I am going back to the shop and get answers

I really like this shop! These days, it can be hard to find small items that are suitable for presents. What I like about Presents are the gifts available. Last week, I bought myself (!) a really fun pair of novelty socks for $10. Today, I found a really sweet little key ring - perfect to send to a friend interstate. Other gifts are available - such as stylish pens, photo frames, and a huge range of mugs. There is a fantastic collection of cards. As well as the products, the service is great. The staff were polite and patient. I will, no doubt, go back to Presents!
