Very responsive to my phone order and was able to organise sane day delivery which was terrific. The price for the flooring was the highest in Melbourne but they assured me the product was of the highest quality and would meet my specifications. Unfortunately the delivered product was low quality. Width of flooring was variable, 10% of the delivery was shorts and over 15% of the delivery was warped.I rang to discuss and they lectured on the nature of 150yo wood that shrinks over time and every pack always contains shorts, some warping and reduced width timber.So if you want to pay the top price for a product that doesn't meet spec use Just Old Flooring.
