Just had the best experience with Footlocker Geelong! I was shopping for new shoes with my son, he has autism and the cool upbeat music was stressing him, making it almost impossible for him to shop. I asked if it was possible to lower the sound? and straight away the kind young man turned it down! The effective was amazing, my son was able to pick a fantastic new pair of sports shoes and leave do much happier!Thankyou you not only helped my son, but also myself

The service I received at the Geelong store was exceptional! I bought the wrong size shoes on-line and the young woman at Footlocker Geelong was most helpful, patient and understanding while I tried other shoes to get the correct size.One very happy customer!

best experience at foot locker last night, me & my bf went in to look at shoes for him and the staff are literally the sweetest people ever. if the 2 girls see this that complimented my outfit on the 19th aug abt 8:30pm, i love you both and you’ve made my absolute week ❤️❤️would defs recommend!! best service

Very rude customer service provided by the middle eastern employee with the man bun, on multiple occasions while shopping in this store. He made belittling comments about customers as there was no attempt made to help me while the other two team members were serving two other customers. I've been shopping at Footlocker for over a decade and will not be returning here from the service I have received.Awful.

Disappointing as no childrens basketball shoes in store anymore, struggled to get service, had to ask 4 different staff for help who'd check for a pair of shoes and then wander off. We've had great experiences in many footlocker stores but won't be going back to this one.
