Would not recommend this system. Doesnt work no more. Called up tech support at 930 at night and hes like its 930 call back tomoroow" doesnt say anywhere what times to call. Customer service was terrible!!!!"

We live in Manly and have three doors, 2 using the blue SDO V8E motors and the third one which is a double garage uses the 1000N SDO V10 motor. Its been over 10 years and they are still working fine. Our neighbours motors died during last weeks storm. Thanks Herculift for coming to service our doors regularly and giving all sorts of tips which have helped to maintain the motors ina good condition. Keep up your good service!!!

Great customer service. Herculift tried to help me save money where possible. Another company that came to check my motor suggested I replace with a new motor but Herculift's technician took a lot of trouble to source a spare part and replaced the damaged part only saving me several hundreds of dollars!.

We are able to sleep well thanks to your quiet motors (the blue sectional door ones). Mg husband leaves for work very early in the morning and the previous motor used to wake us up! Not any more. Great for family with newborns and a mum who needs rest.
