Seductive Nails and Beauty

Worst nails place I have ever been too. I used to see these guys as I lived upstairs however was always finding I lost nails ALWAYS after 2 days but they always fixed them at no charge within the week but even then, the time to do this is ridiculous when you already spend an hour getting them done.I since then moved and go to a new place where they last for up to 3 weeks with no breakage. Recently I went back in a hurry as I needed them done for an event and have lost 3 in 4 days. They claimed it was my nails and the shape of them when after 10 years this has never happened.They dont seem to care, no sense of time, always sitting around on their phone... waste of time and money. Get in the car and drive 2 mins down the road to anywhere else because you are wasting time and money. Worst nail place ever!!

Well there goes $80 down the drain. I walked in at 9:30am this morning for my appointment showed them a photo of what I wanted and they said we can do that. Then the lady started going on about all these extra costs. So I said if it’s ok can I just have SNS (coffin shape) with extensions and chose my color. She said that’s was fine and literally ignored what I asked for. My nails aren’t even the right shape! And there’s no color it’s just clear so you can see the extensions!! To say I’m appalled is an understatement, there’s all these black speckles and even a fine black hair in my nail!! NOT IMPRESSED. Please, please, please do NOT come here, it isn’t worth your time!!

Great place to get your nails done. After searching for weeks to try and find someone who knows what they are doing. Ivy was perfect very happy with service and lovely staff. Highly recommend.

I went here last week to get my nails done and I had the most amazing experience. I was so pleasantly surprised by how they turned out. It's always a risk going somewhere new to get your nails done and this is 100% my new place I will definitely be going back! Kelly did a wonderful job, they turned out perfect. I was in and out of there in under an hour.I also came here to get a pedicure a couple weeks before my nails and the pedicure was also just as amazing! They were a bit busier this time so i waited for around 15 minutes but it was so worth the wait! Hands down the best pedicure I've had on the Gold Coast and I've had a lot. They actually gave a real massage and it felt so good. I would highly recommend Seductive Nails if you want a great place to get pampered.

This nail shop is absolutely amazing. I have been to this place 2 years since I moved to Broadbeach. All the ladies are nice and experienced. My nails turn out pretty whenever I get them done here. Thank you for providing such a good service!!

i was absolutely appalled with the results of my nails. each nail was a completely different shape. i specifically asked for LONG nails and she cut them so short. When i asked for them to be redone or refunded to me the manager was rude, in me and my friends face yelling and screaming that she was going to call the police if we didn’t leave. My mum then called them and the manager again verbally abused her over the phone, screaming and swearing. NEVER coming back there absolutely terrible customer service.

Best salon in Broadbeach! I’m so happy with my nails! It’s really hard to find a salon that does good SNS but seductive nails were perfect. I’ll definitely be returning, thank you ladies!
