I called the Brisbane office from Sydney to inquire about service potential for our water unit. It was suggested that I discuss my problem with a technician (Tim) who proved to be unbelievably helpful and competent. He walked me through a series of tests to define the problem, with suggested corrective measures. In spite of major telephone complications, he remained available and called back until challenges were resolved. This represented outstanding service and customer care!

We've had multiple Billi under sink water systems over the years and Aqua Tech have helped with servicing, filters and minor repairs. Great customer service, fair prices and very responsive with a quick turnaround. Highly recommended.
