Be very cautious when engaging this business to conduct any repairs. Our central heating system was initially cutting in & out after turning it on. Two technicians came out, went up into our roof for 15 minutes. I was told that due to a power outage, certain circuits were damaged & the whole system needed to be replaced. The technician recommended that I have to replace old unit and then I have received quotation for $11000 from the manager. I did not beleive them and asked another plumber for second opinion. The cost of the required job was $3000.

Would highly recommend for heater service. On time and professional - my technician Charlie was a legend!

Professionair were terrific to deal with. Quick response time, professional and reliable service, helpful feedback about the state of the system. Would certainly use them again.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ron. He has been an absolute legend from start till the end. Needed my AC unit checked, Ron deployed his team asap. As the unit needed to be replaced, it had to be claimed through insurance and Ron was very patient with me until my claim was approved, which took months. His team members are very professional and courteous too. Would highly recommend this business as they are extremely good at what they do. Thank you.

Do not waste your money with this company. I had issues with my duct system send him the error message so he knew what to expect. When he came he had no idea firstly how to operate the control panel so l had to show him the error Lucky to spend a total of 10 minutes giving the spill about power surge and need a new unit. I said it's under warranty. He said don't worry about the warranty go through your insurance so you can get a new unit. I said why would l if it's under warranty and have to pay excess on my insurance. Clearly so you get the business of installing a new unit. Spend a total of 10 minutes with a cost of $411. And the report you get is the information l provide. I suppose his got the life ripping off people and pretending they have a clue.

I cannot speak highly enough about Ron and his team during and after the installation of a new ducted heating system. Every team member who I dealt with was professional, efficient, reliable and polite. Any follow up required was handled immediately and nothing was too much trouble. Ron happily guided me through the simple process of changing batteries on a Sunday evening! That type of professionalism and dedication doesn’t happen too often.I have no hesitation in highly recommending Professionair as a first class choice for A/C work.

**AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!**My partner booked this company to come and fix our unit. They charged almost $300 for a call out fee, charged an exorbitant amount for the ‘repair’ AND failed to give written receipt or tax invoice. Lo and behold, the unit wasn’t fixed at all. The company have failed to reply to ALL of our calls, emails and texts over the past two months. Silence. Please learn from our mistake, be *very* sceptical of the positive reviews listed here and don’t waste your money.*edited to add; the company have replied to this review stating they have had no correspondence from us. This is utterly false and electronic invoices were not given by either tradesmen as “Ray will send them to you”. Their response sums up the ethics of this company. Avoid!
