During my recent visit for my kid ,( female staff), the service we received did not meet the standard I had hoped for. The wait time way longer than anticipated, more than 1hr although only 2 men were before us. Clear communication go a long way in improving the overall experience.Focusing on better time management and ensuring that service quality matches customer needs. Addressing these areas would greatly benefit future patrons.”

I usually get haircut from this place but today I waited for couple of hours although I had to be somewhere and then when it was my turn finally, they gave service to a kid who just arrived with his grandfather. I mean its impossible to not notice me for 2 hours. I am extremely dissapointed.

First time going here they missed random chunks of hair which i got an unqualified friend to fix up. Thought i'd give them a second chance, but again i paid $37 for a 7 minute haircut with random chunks not cut which i had to get fixed again.My advice is if they have more than 1 person lined up, even with 3 hairdressers working, avoid as they will rush your cut.Staff are friendly enough and customer service acceptable, though.

Have had good experiences here, but last haircut was awful. Apprentice cut my hair and she left one side significantly longer than the other, chunks left long and missed, combed over at the end to cover it up. Had to get my sister to fix it at home. Boys there are normally good but she was average. Nice person but she mucked my hair up

Very Bad experience in five years. She gave my turn to someone and after all just wasting own and other times. The staff before was very nice. I had never bad experience elsewhere.
