Freestyle Kung Fu Academy
My son has been going to Kung Fu classes for a while after being bullied at school , Sifu Frank has helped him so much with his confidence and how to defend himself that he isn’t afraid to go to school anymore , I’ve recently signed my 5 year old daughter up and she is also loving it , could not recommend Freestyle Kung Fu Academy enough all friendly and helpful teachers.

Master SiFU Frank Mechler and his team are incredible with kids and adults of all ages and abilities. Master Sifu Frank has a wealth of martial arts knowledge which he and his instructors deliver in an easy to understand and practical manner, while still capturing the precepts of Kung Fu. Our children have thrived under Master Sufu’s mentoring and are enjoying their Kung Fu journey with Freestyle Kung Fu.

Best decision I made with my two young boys. Fantastic facility and trainers. It’s not just kung fu they are learning, Master Sifu is 100% committed and an incredible role model with many life lessons that are going to help my boys transition into strong headed and confident young men. The new FKFA academy at Richland's is amazing. The training is focused on the individual with limited numbers in the classroom allowing for individual development. Well worth coming along to ensure your children can defend themselves

Studying the likes of Muay Thai, BJJ, Karate and Judo there is a reason I have stayed as a student of Master Sifu Frank Mechlar at the Freestyle Kung Fu Academy for the last 11yrs- it is the most practical and advanced Martial arts I have experienced. It is no longer just something I do but apart of who I am. Whether your an adult or child, looking for fitness or to gain confidence I can honestly tell you walking through this Academy’s door will be the first step to one of the greatest Gifts you ever give yourself or your child.
