Mermaid Waters Veterinary Surgery

Our local family vetinary clinic. Had some great regular care with our vet, Alaric. Our current pup has his regular visits and one incident with swallowing a whole sock as a puppy (managed to induce vomiting to remove it) Heaps of easy parking and caring staff.

since I got my first dog I started with them and always very well attended and happy with the service. fair price and I like the vaccination reminder messages as it really helps to take better care of our friends.

They have taken better care of our Frenchy’s than anyone ever has. Typically other vets have just thrown medication at us, but these guys have taken time to properly examine any skin problems under microscope to ensure we know what we’re dealing with and talk through the treatment options. Photo I’ve included is of poor Bruno and his eye ulcer, which is now on the mend! Definitely a great place to take your pets!

Unfortunately this vet and groomer are all about profit. They try to upsell all of the time, push you into services and treatments that are not needed, and raise prices and charge extra fees with little justification. Avoid - their eyes are on the cash, not your pets wellbeing. Have been going here for over 5 years and have really noticed a change in attitude. Will not be going back for vet or grooming services.The owners reply verifies that there are consistent issues that may anger a customer. People don't just wake up wanting to be angry with their vet.

Highly recommend! Great staff, took care of my cat super well. Explain everything so I understand what’s happening and they don’t overcharge!I really appreciate the girls here, makes me comfortable knowing my kitty is in the right hands.Will definitely be my go to vet.

We love this Veterinarian business. The vets are very kind and compassionate to our little 9 year old furbabay. Costs for treatment are average. We get our little dog groomed every month. Parking can be issue if you arrive at peak morning time. We had to park across the road and walk across on our last visit.

KIND AND CARINGOver the course of about 4 months our little pooch has been unwell and needing to visit the vet at least once a week. We got to know Christine the Vet here very well.She showed kindness, compassion and love toward our little dog and we can highly recommend her as a vet.She has called us to see how our fur baby is doing and will always be there when needed.They also have a pet grooming service which we have used a couple of times and seems to be quite good.Thank you so much Mermaid Waters Veterinary Surgery - we are truly grateful!
