Cheva Montra Thai Massage

I've been here twice. The first time I was massaged by one lady who did a fantastic job. I decided to go back again a week later. This second time I was seen by a younger girl.I get chronic pain in my legs and do a lot of walking at work so I when the girl asked what body part I said my legs and lower back. She started well but then did a stretch for my hip flexors which is one of my chronically damaged muscles. I asked her to go gentle but she kept pulling. It eventually became really painful and I yelled stop at which point are pulled on the leg even more and then released. The next day that muscle felt even more injured. Several times during the massage I had to repeatedly ask her to be more gentle. I'm a massage therapist myself so I know how tempting it can be to try to fix everything in the one session. But when the patient asks you to be more gentle you need to listen. Several times I had to yell stop because she wouldn't go more gentle when I asked and instead went harder.Now my chronic pain feels worse and I regret spending the money.

Hands down best Thai Massage I have had in Aus. Thanya was extremely professional and was very talented at reading my body and the areas that needed the most work.Have already booked in for a second appointment and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I was really looking forward to getting a good 30 min hard Thai massage on my neck and shoulders . Instead all I got was an inexperienced rub with no oil for the first 15min. I was asked if I wanted a bit of tiger balm on my real sore area and that never happened. The massage ended 5min early. The whole experience was utterly disappointing and I wouldn't bother wasting my money on any of these places that have a flashing open sign.Keep well clear.

Massage therapist was very good and really professional on her duties. She asked where my soreness was located and she assisted to help my lower back pain due to hurting it from a sports tournament.

3 years later, and - everything is the same perfect - Cheva here is absolutely the best! It is now clear that owner, great Thania - is the best teacher for all new massage therapists in the shop. Every therapist has a great technique for all problems sport's people have: low back pain (basketball and footy players), leg muscles and knots (soccer players, runners), neck pains, shoulders, everything in body that hurts from sport.Mika is the new therapist from Thania's school": patient

Very professional. Had a bad back pain and a spot that no one ever touches as it is very painful but Bb really focused there to ease the pain. Have been going there a few times in the last 8 months and always been happy with the quality of massages

Tania and BB are fantastic. I had large knots in both shoulders which were causing neck pain and they fixed everything in a session.

I’ve been to this place many times but about three weeks on a Saturday I had a massage where they changed the girl without telling me and the second girl was terrible. I mean really bad. I asked for a firm massage and it was far from that. Also the massage started late, then the change over and finished early. Shocking.
