We are deeply disappointed by the move of the agent (Kate) to turn a straight forward sale (as advertised) into a silent auction after the first inspection. It seems it was the intention from the start to turn the sale into a silent auction. We could have paid more but we didn't want to overpay and therefore missed out. It was also quite a challenge to get the contract checked and the amendments pushed through in the short time given.

As a first time renter, I am so fortunate to have had Louise Mitchell as my real estate agent for the last 14 months. She is incredibly responsive, personable and professional - I could not recommend her enough.

I saw a property online that didn't have a price, but said to contact the agent for a guide. I called Louise and asked what the price guide was and without asking what my situation was, abruptly told me the house wasn't for a first home buyer but for a builder or someone who knows what they're doing. She didn't ask if I was in fact a builder or developer and cut off the conversation quite quickly. I wouldn't want to sell through this company if that's how they treat prospective buyers.
