Concept Pools

If I could leave no stars I would, never in my life have I ever seen or dealt with such a horrible company, the nightmare started 3 years ago, dodgy workmanship and no responsibility for problems. Graham is a condescending person who doesn’t like to deal with women. I would highly NOT Recommend this company!

As a businessman I know what it is to be prompt and offer good follow-up service, I’ve still got different coloured lights I’ve got council coming around numerous amounts of times to inspect my property unannounced and all sorts, one year later from the build therefore you have got a three star review as communication was not as it should’ve been there still paint missing off the side of my house where they taped to spray the concrete etc overspray of concrete on my colour bond etc I have contacted Graham and Chris a number of times in regards to this.. otherwise the finished result wasn’t too bad besides the waterline is not level.

Review referencing Concept Pool Construction: I could write an essay on the unacceptable behaviour and non-existent service from Chris, and Graham's lack of any clue as to what is happening in his business, but I will be brief.After multiple issues regarding the construction (which cost us thousands in additional time and materials) and delays at almost every stage (of course always with a multitude of excuses) we finally had our pool finished early 2022.There were safety issues left unattended due to poor construction with calls, emails and texts either going unanswered or, on the rare occasion of a response, with promises left unfulfilled.Whilst they offer a good price on the overall product, you can be assured the lack of service and accountability will certainly cost you more.

Great experience with these guys, as it’s not been easy given the economic climate but they followed through with all their promises and the team were all great bit shout out to Nick in the team who has been amazing, Graham and Chris have been a pleasure to work with considering all that’s going on with supply and demand not to mention all the rain. Review about the Concept Pools shop:Found Concept Pools via an eBay ad for a replacement Baracuda Manta part I was looking for, and noticed that they were based locally on the Sunny Coast. So I thought it would be better to support local business and cut out eBay as the middle man with their fees and postage costs.I messaged them and picked up what I needed and also got a really nicely built Stanley-branded lead rake for the pool.I’m so thankful for Kelly’s in-store advice and friendly client service skills.I Highly recommend the Concept Pools shop for anyone looking for quality pool supplies and equipment.5 Stars and heaps of Cheers! :-)Chris

Have constructed several pools and landscapes along side Concept Pool and highly recommend them. Looking forward to the construction of more projects together.

My pool was cloudy and gave derek a call. They were here in 2 days and sorted problem out overnight. Great service and won’t rip u off.Thanks Concept
