Took my classic Honda mower in for a service on a Saturday and it was ready later that week. Brilliant, honest and reasonably priced servicing. Will definitely be using shoreline for all our outdoor tools.

Great service, been to a few Sthil shops where your made to feel tat they are you doing a favor and if your lucky your repairs might be completed in a couple of weeks. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Darren is a legend.

Well today I picked up my Sthil KM90R engine from Shoreline. I took it to these guys after having it looked at by another business in Capalaba who took $170 off me after not fixing the problem!! The guys at Shoreline sorted it out and it appears that the other business, a Sthil "specialist"

The staff member that served me was very rude and unhelpful. I was trying to buy parts and to confirm if I was fitting them correctly. The staff member told me he was sick of giving people advice and helping them. Isn't that what they are there for!

Great service, Friendly staff. Really helped me purchase the right chainsaw to suit my needs. It might sound silly but not charging me for the chain oil was cool and I left not feeling as if they where trying to bleed every cent out of me. Thank you guys..
