Sell My Car

Sam was very polite and explained everything very well. Should think about not giving estimates via email though. Estimate was $1200 and price given for my car was $400. This is a huge difference. Maybe the estimates should be as range instead of a set price such as $400-$1200. Sell my car still gave me more than I was offered by some other companies.

Very satisfy with the service and the price given. Very easy to deal with and the process is quick and simple. Quote was instant. Price is fair and similar to what was quoted on their website. The good thing is that you save heaps of time dealing with people on carsales or gumtree and obviously getting RWC done by yourself.

Absolutely appalling !!!!!!Total waist of time I made an appointment arrived was being asked to park in a public area as if I was going to the MCG. Sam asked for the key walked around the vehicle turned the engine on looked under the bonnet and then spoke in Mandarin to someone for about 8 mins then cam back with a ridiculous offer. I then drove off only to be called by him (sam) telling me he still had the key in his possession forcing me to go back. STAY AWAY very unprofessional

Sam was very professional right from the initial online estimate. He txted me that the price will be lower than the estimate and gave me ball park figure so I don’t waste my time. I decided to try and sell privately but could not do so due to COVID lockdown. Took the car after 3 weeks and Sam made the experience as pleasant as possible. Was a little disappointed with the final price but it’s a whole lot more convenient than selling privately. Sold the car at 2.30pm and funds were in my account that night! Highly recommended.

Cheated on the valuation price they gave me online of my brand new car. They offered much lower price before seeing my car.

Merred with many issues:a. Very rude attitude by the person testing the vehicle.b. Initially thought I stole the car to sell. Had to convince him by showing the proof of ownership that it's not stolen. BTW it's a pre scheduled appointment.c. Very rough handling of the car while testing. There was a very close call with a car in 2-3 minutes drive. If you care for your car stay away.d. After all of these, proposed a price that is lowest among all offers I got while in the online quote they proposed highest price among all buyers.Finally, I have proof of every single sentence I have posted here and if owner disagrees with the accusations, I am happy to provide those.

The whole process was easy & absolutely stress free. It took about 30 mins to complete the whole transaction. I received the money in my bank account the same day before 8pm on a business day. The Sale Consultant was very fair and honest, giving the low mileage and good condition of my car, he offered to pay me a little bit more than the online estimated price. Thanks for the great and honest service.

Was a very good experience. I got a quote about 6-8 weeks ago which I was happy with but was not ready to sell. When I was ready I got another quote which was lower but I had been warned that could happen especially as it was last week of financial year. Sam completed the transaction thoroughly and quickly and as I did it before 3.00pm the money went into the bank the same day. A much better process than selling privately. Would recommend it.
