To the tall lad who assisted the 92 yr old man today ,you are an absolute asset to the store with your patient and kind service to me. This was very much appreciated. Nothing too much trouble and a lovely attitude to your customer. Thank you so much.

My first experience of purchasing at this store was with a young girl named Em. She helped me and sold me some shoes. Good service. Once we got home I found them to have a fault so I returned them next morning. The others of the same shoe had the same fault so I changed to a different pair another $20 dearer. At the register the young girl couldn't work out the difference in the money so we tried to explain that she should refund the faulty pair and do a new transaction. As she couldnt understand this she just walked off. Another boy came and helped and worked it out, said thanks then we left. As we were getting in the car this boof head man came running out with an angry attitude accusing me of yelling at the young girl. His unprofessionalism, his abusive mouth as well as his rude approach to someone who just spent $200 on shoes was beyond anything I have ever seen. But to have boof head accuse us of this and not ask first what happened, was very unprofessional. Your attitude Mr Boof was not nice, neither my wife or myself did anything other than confuse her a bit. Nothing like you made out. Now please Mr Boof go and have a reality check about what customers mean to your business. Remember no customers no shop for Mr Boof Head.
