Happy that there’s one chef store near me. The girl who assisted me was very accommodating and helped me out till I was ready to pay. She was very patient. Cheaper to get the knives sharpened here than the one in Westfield. Good store!

Absolutely appalling customer service by the store manager, Mehdi. He was rude, racist and manipulative when we requested to service an item that should have been covered under warranty. We were so disgusted by the behaviour and lack of common courtesy that we reported the incident to higher authorities.Such individuals should not be given licence to work in customer service positions.

Dreadful little place.A very bad-mannered security type was lurking behind a rack.He was there to harangue the many customers who returned many faulty items.Their troubles are over.The place is firmly shut and boarded up.

Incredibly rude service, Mehdi treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about after asking to see a particular set of products, then gave me false information regarding them. Buy goods at any other kitchen store until they learn how to treat customers with respect.

I went there to buy something to sharpe my Japanese knife and the women who work there advise me to buy a sharpener at 85 dollars only for Japanese knife,( when it is written on a box for global knives and most other brand lol) when I came back to return it because after I tried it, I realise this was really not good and damage my knife, they did not want exchange or refund. And tell me to come back with my knives, they will sharp it for me for 15 dollar lol
