Vegepod

We received the medium size pod from my parents as a Christmas gift. Had some initial trouble with the delivery company but Pam from vegepod sorted it all out. Was easy to set up, works well and looks great on our balcony. Very happy with it :)

edit- missing piece was sent no charge after previous reviewso disappointed order two large sets, with stands and covers etc. took me a few month to get around to opening one to build and a piece is missing from the rim so there is a huge gap (there are a couple of unusable pieces left over) messaged and got a empty the box out and you'll find it :-( for the price it annoys me no end to see the gap every day

High quality and well thought-out product, that came with probably the best real English" instructions I have ever received in a flatpack. Pretty much impossible to go wrong in assembly

Bought this at Lee Valley. This is a fantastic product. We purchased the medium with the stand. The ability to wheel it around was great especially if you have to chase the sun. Wish the clips were better quality and the attached hood line was more sturdy. A few extra hoses in the lid would make for better overall misting. We will be purchasing a another one this year !!!!

Excellent product. Great customer service, even when shipping got lost. Ashley jumped in and sorted everything out without hesitation.My only advise to them would be to invest in a 3D rendering company to take their installation manual to the next level. Pictures are far easier to follow then written instruction.Thanks Vegepod, and Ashley... Great customer service!

Such a great investment. It is a wonderful feeling to see things grow and know herbs and vegetables you’re planting you will be able to add to your meals anytime. It fosters creativity with cooking and has helped me harness more of gardening skills

Vegepod sell awesome products and back it up with even better service. Our Vegepod was delivered only a couple days after ordering from their stand at the Sydney Home Show. The unit itself is very well designed and simple to put together. Though some components may appear a little flimsy, once together they form a very robust unit. As the unit is enclosed your vegetables are kept safe from wind and pests. We unfortunately have a problem with extremely high wind where we live which was discussed with Vegepod prior to purchase. Though we did experience a failure of the top cover due to a lack of sufficient clips on the top cover, all has been rectified by Vegepod. Great product and fantastic service! If you do live in an extreme wind area I'd recommend strapping your cover down for peace of mind but if your vegepod is in a normal backyard and not on the side of a hill in an open paddock like ours you should be fine. Having after sales support that's only a phone call away is just fantastic.

Amazed at how much growth there has been in just under a month. And noticeable growth every week. Photo of planting day 25th September and today, 21st October. Also a photo of endives planted in a pot vs planted in the pod the same day. Super impressed and awesome customer service too.Plus I assembled it myself without an issue. Highly recommend

Vegepod is such an exciting product. I purchased one for my father as a present and he was super-excited. It will provide many hours of enjoyment at a time when he is stuck at home. Pam and Pete are great ambassador for the company as they have been extremely helpful and provided service above and beyond our expectation. We highly recommend this company as well as their products!

Amazing customer service!I recently ordered a product that was unfortunately damaged during delivery. I emailed vegepod with a picture and they replied within a few hours and shipped a replacement immediately! Blown away by the customer service and the products! Definitely a customer focused and trustworthy brand. Will definitely be purchasing more of their amazing vegepods.
