Ange is a fantastic trainer, who have optimally assisted me in improving my technique for lifting weights. Notably, the HIIT she prepares are quite demanding, but adequate for everyone.

The 1:1 catch-ups are perfect for checking in on your goals and your progress. Ange helped me feel comfortable in the gym, pushing me to my limits and achieving my goals. Her HIIT classes are amazing and challenging whilst the group environment of her small group classes are supportive, encouraging and motivating! I grew so much as a person with Ange as my coach and I recommend her to anyone wanting to make long lasting life changes!
