The AV Team staff provided excellent customer service and a quality repair for our Allen & Health SQ6. They responded promptly to our initial contact, and provided and accurate diagnosis of the issue, recommended repair strategy and estimated costs by email and phone. They then obtained approval to make the repair under warranty.We had limited availability to transport the desk to and from Brisbane and they worked around our requirements, answering our questions, and prioritising the repair around our availability. They completed the repair on the day scheduled and did a great job.We clearly benefited from their proactiveness, expertise and responsiveness. They are passionate about their work and are customer focussed.
