Normal super cheap store, not a lot of staff ready to help sadly as it wasn't to busy and had to wait a couple of minutes for the lady behind the counter to finish doing a check-list she was doing. Have had good experiences most other times so will always go back as staff are usually great and ready to help. Just one of those days I think.

If I could leave a 1 star review I would.. please do not pull apart your car with these idiots ordering your part... they never get it right and then you have no way to go back and exchange it for the correct part. They im no way tried to rectify the problem simply said it was my cars fault

Needed brake lights urgently as I lost both sides in the same week...I'd left my glasses at work and couldn't read thetickets, but pulled out the blown bulbs to take in. The young fellow was very polite and courteous but had no idea which bulbs to sell me. 5 minute call in became 20 minutes.

I honestly enjoy shopping at SUPERCHEAP, the staff are super friendly, easy to find products and the layout is fantastic.Customer Service is of a high standard.I always enjoy my shopping experience at SUPERCHEAP my products are on the computer which helps when you do not remember.Thank you.
