Very professional, very friendly, very good service overall. I've never been to a suspension shop that explained everything to me and gave me such an in-depth analysis of my car. Facility is nice, cars are cool, but the best bit about this business is the mechanics/tyre fitters here, in specific Boyd who assisted me with my R34 GTR. If the manager/owner is reading this make sure that dude is well sorted! Very rare to find such an enthusiastic and positive employee especially in this industry!

Finally back from my trip from Melbourne , just wanted to thank Peter and his staff for their professionalism after they worked on my GR Yaris.I was a little hesitant at first dropping the car off to a new business i had never visited before because my car is my pride and joy but was reassured it would be looked after , it was stored safe in their locked garage before it was worked on and the mechanics there did an amazing job with control arm bushings for increased caster and a custom wheel alignment.Beforehand the car would under steer very noticeably at the limit but after the changes it is more neutral and i might add that the rear tends to come around easier as well.It handled exceptionally well on track and i managed to do a 2:06 for my very first time @ Phillip Island and i never once felt the car was unstable or behaved in any odd way or manner , the car remained predictable but was more balanced and i felt more planted to the road. the guys here really know what they are doing.The thing that mattered to me the most as the car is still new i was very worried of a random nick on the paint suddenly appearing out of nowhere but upon collecting my car it was exactly how i dropped it off and that to me was the most important thing.Thank you very much to everyone @ Heasman , you have well earned a repeat customer and restored faith in me that there still are decent mechanics out there who do take pride in their workmanship not just customer service.

Got a wheel alignment today. Staff were very professional and friendly, many premium sports cars also at the workshop which was nice to see. Highly recommended if you need sports tuned suspension setup

Couldn’t of asked for better quality service without peter and his team, I only trust them with any steering and suspension work, Boyd especially that carry’s out my work, goes through on how he does his wheel alignmenments, service was a 10/10 amazing on how they treat their customers

It's no secret that heasman steering is the best of the best, but I was more so blown away with the quality service and the professional advice given by the team. Huge shout out to Boyde, he looked after my fd3s RX7 unlike no other. He also went over other suspension components and told me to look at changing so and so in the future, he really put a smile on my dial.
